July 2019 SMART Picnic
The SMART Team, as well as, their significant others gathered at Patrick Moore’s house for an afternoon of BBQ and water activities on Little Muskego Lake. This is the 4th annual year of the summer picnic that lets the staff enjoy a beautiful Wisconsin day outside together and also allows everyone to get to know more about each person or family.
On the picnic menu was pulled pork, pulled chicken, and sliced beef brisket, along with other side dishes prepared by the staff. The meat was catered by a local establishment, LD’s BBQ, out of East Troy, WI. LD serves meats that are slow-smoked over 100% Seasoned Oakwood. Most of the water activities included wake surfing, wave running, paddle boarding, and pontooning.
